VP EU Commercial Market Access Pricing and Reimbursement

Salary: Negotiable + bonuses + benefits | Location: London UK

Newly created position for my clients continued expansion throughout EU.

You will be tasked with building an EU Commercial, Market Access and Pricing, Reimbursement team, along with developing, leading and implementing regional Market Access and Pricing & Reimbursement Strategy. 

Reporting to the European CEO, the right candidate will need to be an experienced Market Access candidate with extensive EU exposure with the pharmaceutical industry. With extensive launch experience across a variety of TA's and with a strong understanding of the challenges faced in launching new drugs within the EU. 

You will be tasked with:

  • Setting the strategic direction for regional market access and reimbursement
  • Work closely with Global teams to align market access strategy.
  • Develop robust pricing and reimbursement dossiers. Along with HTA submissions, using economic models and GVD (Global Value Dossiers).
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to accelerate access to patients.
  • Mentor, support, liaise and occasionally project manage European local Directors.

 Experience

  • Extensive experience working within Market Access, Pricing or Health Economics (HEOR) within a Pharmaceutical company.
  • Degree qualified, Masters or PhD would be preferred
  • Currently working in a European or Global position
  • Ideally (but not a necessity) candidates will have preferred experience within on of the following: Infectious Disease, Oncology, Hematology, Metabolic Disease, Pain, Women's Health, Hepatology, Cardiovascular, CNS,
