Briefing

With a full understanding of the role, the ideal candidate is identified and a comprehensive brief agreed.

Days 1-12 Mapping & Research

Following investigative desk and database research, we target & approach skilled global candidates.

Days 14-28 Shortlist & Presentation

Longlisted candidates are interviewed and assessed on technical skills, company fit, motivations, aspirations, achievements and remuneration levels.
A shortlist is agreed.
Executive summaries, assessments and resumes are presented for highly suitable candidates.
Psychometric tests are also offered, if preferred, via an external partner.

Days 28 -48 Client Assessment

Formal panel interviews, assessments and psychometric testing take place.
Once a preferred candidate is identified, we broker offer negotiations and, if required, will complete final referencing.
Unsuccessful candidates are managed with professionalism with your reputation protected.

Appointment & Follow up

Offer is made with due diligence, referencing and verification.
On-boarding and support are provided to both candidate and client.
Feedback is recorded.
