Touchlight is a Contract Manufacturing and Development Organisation with pioneering enzymatic DNA technology.

Morgan Prestwich continue to be retained as their search partner, to date we have placed the following senior positions:
- CFO
- VP Business Development
- Head of research
- Head of Manufacturing
- Head of HR

We had to find someone local, with visibility within the company. After rigorously interviewing 10 ideal candidates, we produced a diverse, high-calibre shortlist of experienced individuals. We also identified a candidate perfect for the role but who was not in the market. However, during the interviews process, we continued to entice this preferred candidate and persuaded them to engage with the Touchlight CEO and Board. That candidate started the role as CFO a couple of months later!
