Morgan Prestwich were retained to be the Exclusive International Search Partner for Springworks Therapeutics. We were appointed to build their above country leadership team out of Switzerland (Zug) and their in-country European team. Starting with Germany, then remaining EU5 - mid-build of the German affiliate, Springworks were acquired by Merck KGAa. Morgan Prestwich achieved the following:
