Will Hinton

William (Will) Hinton holds a First Class Honours degree in Biological & Biomedical Sciences from Warwick University.

With a solid academic foundation and a passion for life sciences, Will joins Morgan Prestwich to specialize in interim / freelance / consulting placements within Medical Affairs and Clinical Research. His expertise allows him to connect global talent with organizations seeking flexible and highly skilled professionals to lead critical projects. Will is committed to leveraging his industry knowledge to ensure both clients and candidates achieve successful partnerships that drive innovation and excellence in the life sciences sector.

Prior to university & Morgan Prestwich, Will was a schools national gymnast finalist before an injury prevented him from considering that career further. Today he remains very active, coaching budding gymnasts locally and regionally.

Jenny joined Morgan Prestwich in 2021 as a Senior Researcher. Prior to entering the world of recruitment, Jenny began her career as an Early Years teacher in the north of England and the UAE.

Demonstrating a resolute commitment to project excellence and specializing in all areas of Life Sciences, Jenny is a dynamic team member who has excelled at placing mid to senior level hires during her time with Morgan Prestwich.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Jenny is an avid hiker currently undertaking the challenge of ascending all the Wainwright peaks in the Lake District. Complementing her dedication to outdoor activities, she holds a joint honors degree in Music and English Literature. Additionally, Jenny contributes her vocal talents to a local choir, showcasing her passion for both cultural and recreational interests.

Carlie has carved an impressive career from her extensive background in the healthcare sector across the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe. Her journey in healthcare has equipped her with a profound understanding and insights of the Healthcare industry’s intricate workings, encompassing everything from clinical practice to the complex realms of coding, digital health, AI, insurance, and more.

Carlie is a US national, with over 6 years experience in US and European Healthcare Executive Search. Her deep domain expertise and insights into healthcare systems on both sides of the pond ranks her in the top percentiles of executive search with a healthcare specialty.

Victor Schreuer is a seasoned Senior Client Partner at Morgan Prestwich, whose unique background and fervent advocacy for the MedTech / Medical Device industry sets him apart in the realm of executive search. 

Upon achieving his professional licensure as a Physiotherapist, Victor’s career took a compelling turn. His transition into the executive search sector was fueled by a recognition of his innate talent for connecting with people and a desire to influence the MedTech / Medical Device industry on a grander scale. Victor’s clinical insights and passion of medical devices quickly translated into a keen ability to identify the leaders capable of driving innovation and advancing patient care through technology.

Christian joined Morgan Prestwich in January 2023 as our Chief Operating Officer, bringing over 16 years’ life science industry experience in Talent Acquisition and Client Account Management.  Christian has a phenomenal record of appointing executives for the life sciences industry in North America, Europe and APAC. Christian’s core expertise is working with scientific, pre-clinical and clinical stage small cap biotechs companies. He has profound knowledge of the US and European regulatory systems, enabling deeper and more advisory discussions with clients.

Christian believes in a true consultative approach and enjoys building long lasting relationships with clients and candidates.  He is passionate about building teams in organisations who will help make a significant impact to patient’s lives and wellbeing.

Iman joined Morgan Prestwich as a Senior Client Partner to build Morgan Prestwich’s’ VC/PE presence in North America, Europe, Middle East and APAC. Prior to joining he had a career spanning more than 12 years working in financial services for a number of asset managers of varying scope and size within sales and distribution, having covered predominantly intermediated clients across EMEA with exposure also to the (D2C) U/HNWI segment.

More recently as a headhunter, he has significant experience conducting 360 search and placement for top-tiered US & UK law firms recruiting corporate lawyers across a variety of practice areas with a particular emphasis on private and public funds.

Iman also has experience in the spheres of Prop and Fintech and brings a valuable combination of investment funds knowledge and relevant practical business development experience to Morgan Prestwich.

Joshua Wheldon is a Senior Client Partner at Morgan Prestwich with a passion and focus on Cell & Gene and Immunology therapies. He works very closely with US and European biotech companies, specializing in these fascinating and growing technologies. Further to working directly with these innovative biopharma companies, Josh also supports Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs) companies, who are facing challenges in how they advance new technologies.

Josh has been a Head-Hunter for the Life Sciences industry since 2014, he has a passion for working closely with biopharma leaders who are challenged by growing new teams of talent, with limited experience of new and innovative science and the manufacturing process. 

Sarah Schiavone is a Client Partner – Commercial Southern Europe at Morgan Prestwich, where she plays a pivotal role in steering the course of talent acquisition for the Life Sciences industry. With targeted expertise in commercial positions, she has become a cornerstone in the advancement of Biotech, MedTech, and Contract Service Organizations, particularly within the dynamic markets of Italy, Switzerland, Spain, and Germany.

Boasting over nine years of deep-domain expertise in the field, Sarah has established herself in the Life Sciences ecosystem within the region. Her journey has been marked by a consistent track record of success, earning her a reputation for being a strategic ally to both the companies she serves and the candidates she places.

Sarah’s professional narrative began with a solid educational foundation in chemistry and biology at the university of Torino, providing her with the insight necessary to navigate the complexities of the Life Sciences sector.
